I am trying to rent a flat and i got my first contract. I am trying to be pretty cautious. I can talk German but these parts seem weird to me. Why do i need to think about the renovation of the bathroom etc? The couple who lived there, decided to leave after 3 years. I am scared of taking over something they didin’t do etc. Can anyone help please?
