I’ve posted here before, but I’m 26 years old and have recently started in the electrical field working as an apprentice/mate in the UK for a few months. I’ve taken a separate EAL course in the UK in Electrical installation and gotten a certificate which is recognised in the UK as being equivalent to City & Guilds and a few other exam boards. I’m hoping to get the ball rolling with moving to Germany and was told that I’d need my certificates translating as well as a German resume to then get looking for apprentice work/Ausbildung later, I’ve looked on anabin for the individual states I’d be looking to move to which would be Lower saxony and Bremen and found links such as this https://www.rlsb.de/themen/auslaendische-bildungsabschluesse/bewertung-auslaendischer-schulabschluesse-1 but I’m still not sure which certificates would need translating (I have a lot of GCSE certificates and these EAL certificates I mentioned) I was hoping someone might be able to shed light on specific subjects that would be required as I can’t seem to find anything mentioned aside from very vague details. And also any sworn translators that I could contact or use from the UK for that particular state. I know its a stretch, but any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks.
