This is an act of vandalizing that I agree with. At least do not destroy some rare works of art of annoy ordinary people. Millionaires and billionaires pollute more than the average person, who can not afford to go shopping for rare furs on another continent with his private plane.

The funny thing is that it’s very hard to affect the “wrong” person when you’re targeting superyachts.
Dumb. Hope they have to pay for the damage.
Do stan kroenke next
Spanish activists make work for maintenance crew, damp paint in ocean, impact Walmart heiress not at all.
these guys got their faces all over that. they will be footing the repaint bill im afraid. they’re probably nothing more than a slight inconvenience for the billionaire owners but some nice bonus for their lawyers.
Just giving them insurance checks though
Unpopular opinion:
I agree that the mega rich need to do more to offset the impact of their lifestyle. That’s only fair.
And I also think that there’s more productive things many young ‘activists’ could be doing. While many are throwing paint at stuff and glueing themselves to things, a lot of us are working and paying to support the whole damn changing infrastructure.
Both extremes tend to see themselves as exceptions to the way the society ought to be working together to handle the big changes that need to be made.
Why not go and vandalise a cruise ship, considering one of them is about the emissions of 9 million cars on an annual basis. Looking rich while being moored isn’t half as bad as a million other things….. but whatever lets go after individuals again instead of the governments and companies that actually did about 90% of all CO2 emissions.
