Greek Pasticcio

  1. Pastitsio is like the lasagna of Greece.

    People outside of Greece all know moussaka, but it’s really a shame they don’t know about Pasticcio, i can say with confidence that nowadays (most) people rarely have moussaka, most have Pasticcio because it’s 1000 times better.

    In a nutshell, it’s baking pasta, then minced beef cooked with some other stuff and a final layer of bechamel sauce with sprinkled cheese on top.
