This is about private startup investment, and it only reflects the markup of the UK’s space sector in terms of private-public composition, and it comes from the fact that the UK only recently started to look back at a national space strategy after having torn down what they used to have. Other European countries don’t have high startup investment either because they have long-standing big private space companies, big public-participated space companies or both.

    If you look at other metrics, like contribution to the ESA’s budget for example, they tell a different story.

  3. Economic investment in the space sector and in Europe? Good news no matter how you look at it, a breath of fresh air among so much negative news that surrounds us.
