There is only one thing I still do not understand. The Maltese Parliament already voted against the call for a public inquiry with 40 votes against and 32 in favor. Can a Prime Minster go against the Parliament’s decision? Before the Prime Minister’s U-turn can happen, does the Maltese Parliament have to vote again on whether to have a public inquiry? Will the MPs have to vote again?
