Hi,

Having internet problems from time to time is somewhat understandable but the support time of my ISP (@vodafone) is unacceptable (more than a month now to fix a conformed problem).

Do you have any good experience with your ISP’s support?

  1. Telekom is pretty much the only ISP who’s got a somewhat acceptable support. Not brilliant but okay. And compared to the Vodafone shitshow actually great.

  2. Well, Vodafone got the worst support of all.

    Try 1&1, Congstar or Telekom. They are bad too, but not that extreme bad.

    Sometimes local companies offer ISP, like netcologne and similar, they usually are better at service
