The correct phrase is: rat would be better PM than Orbo since it has a spine.
I’d say that this uproar tells us more about the views that people have on fellow mammals. Disgusting. Humans are in no way superior to other animals.

Incorrect. His ability to function as PM was compared to rats ability to do the same.
Sigh. Gone are those times when the PM used to be blamed for living her life, away from all the racist remarks and mockery of the parliament.

Kinda disagree with the comparison Zyskowicz makes here. In this case it was a single person whose abilities as the Prime Minister was compared to abilities of a rat, and maybe personality I don’t know the true intentions I don’t read minds. But the comparison here, Juho Mäenpää didn’t call a individual person an “Alien species”, he called a whole group of people that. THAT is more dehumanizing and it targets a whole group of people, this one was just one person that got called out. I can call many people with ugly names, because of the stuff they do, but if I do that targeting a whole group of people, isn’t that a bit different?
Ben is Jewish, so which one in his mind is worse: Calling one person a greedy swindler who tricks people because he actually does that sort of thing, or targeting a whole ethnic group and say, that ye those guys are greedy swindlers that do nothing but trick people?
OF COURSE I think, that people should behave and not call each other names, because that is childish, but let’s not forget, that there is people in there who actually HATE other people based on their nationality, skin color or ethnicity, let’s not compare those people to the ones that in frustration call individuals bad names.

He’s quite ironically typical leftist man, he got famous from the tv-show “Temptation Island” as a cuck who likes to take his girlfriend to dates and see other men. Leftist men are also usually the ones that are the most radical with their thoughts on the internet/other places because by doing that they get the attention of leftist women.
It’s a shame because these leftist women always has that bad boy somewhere and world saver boys who are doing everything correctly are left with nothing.
The point was to make a joke about Orpo’s perceived spinelessness. He wasn’t being called a rat or even implied to be like a rat in any way. The only comparison was that a rat has a spine and Orpo allegedly doesn’t. This in no way the same as comparing or calling someone (let alone a black person or a Jew) a monkey or a rat in a dehumanizing fashion.
That said, perhaps due to historical reasons Ben is genuinely offended as a Jew when he sees rat used as any sort of rhetorical device. Somewhat understandable maybe, but Orpo himself is not a Jew and there was no dehumanization involved in the comparison.
