that looks delicious, i wat to make that myself now. can you explain what you do? my guess is to make chili con carne as normal, then wrap in tortillas, then place in form and cheese, onion and other stuff on top, is that correct? are there any secrets to it?
Right. You must add salsa sauce topping, under the cheese. The other stuff is green hot pepper.
