Sexual harassment and assault happens in the workplace sadly. The BBC, as it has with a lot of things lately, has done some shoddy work here. If you look at reported rates of sexual harassment etc in anonymous surveys it is several orders of magnitude higher than what they’ve found and that’s before you take into account former employees.
The examples where nothing was done should be reviewed.
