You’d be surprised how many plans are presented daily. I had the pleasure of writing a paper on the 80 ways a particular plan was impossible a few weeks ago.
Unless it passes parliament and survives the inevitable constitutional court ruling (unnecessary or unpermitted interference by the government on the freedom of doing business), I’m not miffed.
Edit: this isn’t even a draft of ordonnance yet. Its a draft for the IC. Odds are this doesnt even survive that.
