  1. We were at costco the other day and came across a good deal in the tupperware aisle and went a bit nuts. We realized that we bought a bit too much so we gave out the rest of the 1000L water containers we didn’t need in our kitchen to some of the folks in the Kherson Mykolaiv and Zhaporzhzia region.

Because the primary source of water in the region is gone a lot of communities in the Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Zhaporzhzhia regions are now relying on water trucks delivering to get their water. But it’s not a good way of delivering water if grandma Olga needs to bring a dozen 6L jugs to fill up one at a time, and it’s also a shame if somebody isn’t there when the truck delivers water and now they don’t have any water.

These cubes address the problem by allowing trucks to deliver large quantities at a time, and so people can fill up through a water container that is available in town.

If you’re interested in supporting our work, [you can donate via this link.](https://fundly.com/save-ukrainian-refugees) You can also learn more about us on [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/birdoflightukraine/) or on our website: [www.birdoflightukraine.org](https://www.birdoflightukraine.org). Every donation helps a lot for us.

For our next project we’re most likely going to be drilling a well to supply 70,000 people with drinking water and to get a hospital functional again (you can’t run a hospital without water).

  2. Maybe r/HydroHomies should do a fundraiser. They sure understand the importance of keeping everyone hydrated and are very much into huge jugs.
