Been living in my apartment for a year now. It never been this bad.
178V when you should get an average of 230V. Had to adjusted the over and under settings or else it the lights continuously cut out. Since temperatures rose we’re getting an average of 190-195V after 6pm. Last year was just slightly better.
Our apartment block filled many complains with Enemalta but it seems nothing gets to be done. Sadly with some overages some of us had appliances damaged.
What could I do to get out of this? Anyone had a similar situation or is in the same situation as me? Is there a way to get some leverage to force Enemalta to solve these issues?

Wow. And I thought mine was low with dips to 199. I send an email to enemalta to complain about the low voltage. It was solved next day. Now it fluctuates between 210 and 215.
Thank you KonRat
Just an FYI: undervoltage will damage electronics if they are not designed for global voltage, especially high powered ones like appliance controllers, TVs, and especially microwaves.
