Yep. Malta might not be the worst country in the world, but with incessant traffic jams, rampant construction, electricity cuts,….surely these fit in the requirements to become a ‘dump’ country.

Malta is certainly dumpy. We love cutting ribbons and you cannot cut a ribbon every time you sweep the street or water the flower beds.
