How can I report breaches of Iclandic penal code 233?

I’m sorry to bring your beautiful country into the foray here but this beggars belief.

I’m Irish and we currently have some folks here on our Emerald Isle who think that political violence and incitred of violence and hated towards minority groups is ok. Simply perusing their hatred will show you what they stand for and that they are standing for it from Iceland. Currently they are shielding their vitriol behind a “free speech” web host from Iceland. But there are a number of problems with this which I hope someone here can point me in the right direction towards finding a solution. Iceland has Penal Code 233 which is:

>Anyone who publicly mocks, defames, denigrates or threatens a person or group of persons by comments or expressions of another nature, for example by means of pictures or symbols, for their nationality, colour, race, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity, or disseminates such materials, shall be fined or imprisoned for up to 2 years

First and foremost the person in question is hosting their websites in Iceland, using a web host who claim to be “free speech”, but these websites are what I would describe as terroristic in nature. Just to describe what terrosim is:

Secondly, this person has donation buttons on both of the wesbites hosted in Iceland which are direct links to their Political Party accounts, the “Anti-Corruption Ireland Party”. In Ireland it is not allowed to receive donations to a political party by anyone who is not Irish nor more than €100 and neither of these are adhered to. I have already contacted the company providing these services and that’s a separate matter.

Do you want these views espoused from your country? They have removed the banner on the second site which incited violence but the first one still stands. How can I contact Icelandic authorities about this breach of the penal code? I have already complained to the hosting provider who had this to say:

How can I contact Icelandic authorities about the hosting of such horrific madness within the borders of Iceland?
