Ukrainian police respond to a man,in what looks like mids of a PTSD episode ,wielding a knife and a grande. They successfully detain him by distracting him with no shots fired.

2. I know he was looking for death by cop, but once he has his head on straight he’ll hopefully be able to appreciate just how fortunate he is.

   Hopefully the man gets the help he needs.

3. God knows what these men have seen and experienced. May they get all the help they can get.

5. Thank God this was Ukraine. In the US, that poor veteran would have been shot and killed by the police without hesitation.

7. I hope someone can generously provide a translation. I would be interested to know what the man was saying and what the policeman said to him. It is impressive how the policeman handled the situation.
