  1. Four National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS) and munitions;

    152mm artillery rounds;

    Mine clearing equipment;

    Tube-Launched, Optically-Tracked, Wire-Guided (TOW) missiles;

    Phoenix Ghost and Switchblade Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS);

    Precision aerial munitions;

    Counter-UAS and electronic warfare detection equipment;

    150 tank trucks;

    115 tactical vehicles to tow and haul equipment;

    50 tactical vehicles to recover equipment;

    Port and harbor security equipment;

    Tactical secure communications systems.

    Plus parts and training. That’s quite a package.

  2. Lots of good stuff in there, much is not sexy but essential.

    More NASAMS is sexy. I’m curious when all the HAWKS/Radars will arrive. Those systems communicating with each other will go a long way.

    One thing I think isn’t getting enough attention is something we aren’t seeing and it speaks volumes. We aren’t seeing more counter battery radar being sent. The conclusion would have to be that Russia is not finding success taking out the existing counter battery radar. With Russia down to handfuls of their own counter battery radar in Ukraine the swing in artillery advantage will only get worse and I’m here for it.

    Slava Ukraini

  3. This is a great package. Lots of essentials.

    Is anybody else extremely curious what the Phoenix Ghost is by this point?

  4. Where the hell are the ATACMS? A decision was supposed to be made on them. Give Ukraine what it needs to get its land back.

  5. My coworker brought this up in in a negative tone when my other coworker asked what was going on in Ukraine, and without missing a beat I said it was another fraction of our defense budget being spent with an amazing return. Personally I want to see training for F-16’s and ATACMS in there. Let’s save more Ukrainian lives and speed up the counteroffensive!

  6. Total US Aid to Ukraine is at about $685 per household so far.
