Today, the /r/place thing that made this subreddit unusable for a while last year is supposed to start again.
This is *not* the place to organise pixel painting, and it’s not the place to complain about pixels painted by people who you think may be German. /r/placeDE was created specifically for that. Any Germany-related pixel painting is not organised from here, we are not responsible for it, and complaints about it here will not do anything.
Content related to /r/place will be removed. Depending on what it is, bans may be issued – expect a ban when you try to recruit this subreddit’s help to paint symbols of forbidden organisations, for instance.
If we get a one-post-per-second spam attack like we did last year, posting to this subreddit will be temporarily disabled.
And because this happened last year: **do not make /r/place-related complaints and requests in this very post which is telling you not to do that**.
Apologies in advance to regular users of this subreddit for any interruptions. Feel free to complain about those to the admins.
