*sigh* Licence dog owners, and register dogs. How long will it take for people to realise it is the owners that are the problem. I don’t buy the ‘no bad dog, just bad owners’ argument at all, but the types of people who want an aggressive dog are usually the types of people who should not have an aggressive dog, or any dog or animal for that matter.

A self-styled dog welfare charity perpetuating the ignorance that leads to these kinds of problems in the first place.
25% of the ones seized in Yorkshire are XL bullys. Considering this is a relatively new breed to the country that is insane.
