    >I don’t really remember my first year, only flashes like that. Flash – my mother licks me. Flash – I play with my brothers and sisters. Flash – I am in the arms of some wonderful boy, and next to him is such a tall man in a uniform with kind eyes. It was Mykhailo, who had just returned from ATO and went with his son to fulfill his biggest wish at that time: to have a dog named Patron.

    >(Well, then there was a flash — and I was biting everything I saw; I still can’t forget this meeting with Mykhailo’s wife. Forgive me😅).

    >But I clearly remember almost every day of the last 1.5 years. The start of a full-scale invasion as the enemy showered my city with flaming bullets. Then something changed in me. I seemed to feel, along with all Ukrainians, that “Oh no, it won’t happen.” And so our struggle began.

    >My name is Patron; I am 4 years old. I am a sapper dog in the bravest service in the world – the State Emergency Service. I am a UNICEF Goodwill Dog. I am the Director of Communications at UAnimals.
    I dream of Victory and a mine-free Ukraine so that there will never be another war anywhere in the world. And I try to make my dreams come true every day.
