Good afternoon. I am a music label owner with experience of 10 years in organizing raves of any format. I’ve been living and working in Cyprus for three years now, I have a desire to organize something, but I’m sure I need to discuss it with local promoters to find out if there is an interested audience. I realized that I have contacts with a lot of interesting artists and DJs, many of whom would be happy to come to Cyprus. Specifically, we were chatting with my buddy from the UK, The Teknoist. I’ll attach some sample recordings of DJ sets of the style in question.

I have a question for local Cypriots:
1. Do people here listen to hard rave music – electronic hardcore, hardstyle, breakcore?
2. Are there any promoters here who would be interested to discuss organizing a rave?

Yes, I think they do. I‘ll share this post to someone who should know very well, as they attend electronic music festivals in Cyprus regularly.
There’s a mix of raves here from psychedelic to techno to dnb. Usually it’s not easy for a new crew that does raves to start here because the place is small and they eat out each other instead of just enjoying the music but good luck if you want to do anything and if the music is right I’ll be on the dancefloor.
There is a big psychedelic/techno/drum & bass music community on the island.
