Because of near zero law enforcement
I’ll be the devil’s advocate and say that maybe they parked the car at a time were the road was full of parked cars and they remained there even after most of the other cars left
This photo has all the makings of a road in Limassol
Just be glad they’re not parked in the middle of the road while they chat with their friends in the periptero
Honestly the relaxed parking mentality was something I loved when I lived in Cyprus, coming from a Dutch guy.
