It’s interesting how some voters turn against ULEZ and don’t realise the ULEZ is not a problem, but the fact they can’t afford to buy a car that meets it. So they rather vote for the party that made them poor and now offering them a band aid in form of blocking the expansion.

Make Mr Johnson face the criminal charges that should be laid against him, then if convicted he will to prison for a long time. Tory vote would go up if that happened, holding him accountable along with a few others such as Matt Hancock.
Sunak laying the foundation for what will eventually be a defeat so he can say things afterwards without it having to sound like the calamity it actually is for them.
