1. I mean, they’re literally just artillery shells with a much wider kill radius for all targets. Hard not to be effective.

   I’m especially looking forward to seeing what they do to vehicles and armoured targets.

4. This is some russian propaganda bullshit. Russians use cluster munitions all time. It`s the same sort of lie as Shoigu claims that russia never used cluster munitions during war.

   So they can tell their comrades the Ukrainians are coming for them.

10. Does Russia have weapons they have not used yet? Besides nukes? Haven’t they already been using cluster munitions this entire war?
