The good thing is that the number of home completions is rising year by year.
I’d like them to CPO Broadstone bus station, Cathal Brugha Barracks, maybe other bus stations like Ringsend. CPO Shelbourne Greyhound Stadium also.
Move Mountjoy Prison outside to the site that was bought for it. Give some of the land to the Mater Hospital if they need it and build housing on the rest of it.
The LDA is a good idea but they still haven’t delivered a house and it was set up in 2018.
The largest landowner in the country is now going to start buying on the private market at or near the top of the market.

5 years in existence the LDA has still not built a single house and has only delivered a report on what it expects to achieve.
This is how serious FG and FF are about housing.
