Ukraine have been promised/incoming at least a couple more Patriot batteries this year, more next year and also Hawks from Taiwan incoming. Until then they are a bit exposed.

Ukraine is pretty a big country, making it very difficult to form multi-layered air defense and provide protection for all the regions.
Another reason why Ukraine needs more PAC-3 that can cover wider airspace and also some modern medium-ranged(like type03 kai and KM-SAM B2, but NASAM would be also fine enough) air defense systems capable of intercepting various kinds of supersonic targets to back up PAC-3.
It is a shame that Ukraine needs to put so much defence around… food… food for others.
The stupid thing is how by doing this, Russia is mostly starving the closest peopld they have to allies.
None of this will do anything to help Russia win. They’re basically throwing a massive temper tantrum. Just despicable…
In this case – unfortunately we are big enough to have lack of air defense everywhere… big cities, NPPs, frontline… now one more place needs to be protected – seaports…
It will be interesting to see if China responds at all , as a recipient of Ukraine grain.
We are currently in the age of information and technology, Africa/Asia/Middle East/The Globe knows that Russia is destroying the world’s food supply. Who is gonna want to be allies with Russia if Russia is causing global famine???? Putin is Hitler but maybe worse, I think Putler wants to be a modern day Hitler.
