This is more important than it may seem. In the US, opponents of Ukrainian support will grab hold of anything they can to help their case. It would be a very bad look if they found big discrepancies in the accounting of equipment.
This turns out to be a very good look. Good news for UA.
At least people in allied countries will understand that our levels of corruption is not as big as some media tries to paint.
The only US people bitching are Republican electeds who are in the pocket of Putin and their batshit crazy constituents who would “rather be Russian than a Democrat.”
