As a Dutch person I can confidently say this map is wrong. Us Dutch would simply keep upgrading our dykes until the entirety of The Netherlands has become the first crater island in the world where the entire country is dozens of meters below sea level.

There has been a war between the Dutch and the ocean for centuries now and no way in we would lose simply because of something so trivial as rising sea levels.
I just know the day Lisbon became submerged would be the day Portugal became the owner of countless submarines.
