  1. How about some names photos and addresses of all belarus red cross please?

  2. All those involved in this deportation deserve to be on an interpol red notice and sent to the Hague court.

  3. It’s worth reminding people that the Red Cross is not a single organization working globally under one name, but a decentralized humanitarian network under the loose oversight of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).

They do, however, have a set of policies they must adhere to, and considering how pissed the IFRC is about it, it appears the Belarusian society has gone completely rogue on this one:

[In response to the Belarus Red Cross Secretary General’s visit to Luhansk and Donetsk and his statements to the media](https://www.ifrc.org/article/statement-response-belarus-red-cross-secretary-generals-visit-luhansk-and-donetsk-and-his)

    >[*The IFRC] has learned from the media that the Secretary General of the Belarus Red Cross recently visited Luhansk and Donetsk. We were not made aware of the visit, nor were we involved in any of the activities, including with children.*
    >
    >*Actions by any of our member national Red Cross or Red Crescent Societies in contradiction with our humanitarian mission, Fundamental Principles and policies are taken extremely seriously by IFRC.*
    >
    >*The IFRC has therefore referred this case to the Compliance and Mediation Committee, which, under our constitution, is an independent body investigating and addressing alleged breaches of integrity.*
    >
    >*The visit and the activities associated with it were not coordinated with the other components of the Movement, as required by our internal rules and regulations.*
    >
    >*These actions risk damaging the trust of our work in supporting communities in need, whoever they are and whichever side of the frontlines they are on. It is essential that all components of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement maintain their independence from governments and weapon bearers.*
    >
    >*[T]he Secretary General of the Belarus Red Cross does not speak on behalf of the IFRC or any other component of the Movement, and his statements do not represent our views.*
    >
    >*We have contacted the Belarus Red Cross to express our grave concern and to stop any similar activity in the future.*

  4. Regardless of the legal shenanigans, this is a man who is forcibly relocating children in a war zone into situations which are no better for them.

He’s not putting them into a safe zone, he’s trying to return to repatriate them into his own. It’s indoctrination.

    Fuck him.

  5. I know i am not supposed to wish ill on others, but i hope Karma for each person he has hurt to be paid back ten fold. This man should never no peace or happiness even far after death.
