From next week on I’ll do a motorcycle trip along the Wild Atlantic Way. We stay at the below places but I’m still looking for some inside advice on pubs to visit during the trip or other worthwhile places (places like the South Pole Inn or distilleries/museums etc). Have already scoured the subreddit for the tourist-sights to visit so good on that part. Thanks!

Try to stop for lunch or something in roundstone. Many lovely spots but I’d recommend o’dowds, food is great.

Curran’s in Dingle is a great little pub.
The Antrim coast and causeway coast into Derry is worth the detour. You’re missing out on dunluce castle etc. Worth rerouting that part of the trip.
