Setting aside the question of gay parenthood, a birthday certificate should document the circumstances of one’s birth right? And no-one is born to two mothers, that’s biologically impossible. So I don’t understand why two women could have ended up on a birth certificate in the first place.
This measure doesn’t exclude two women being registered as parents.
