Since my post wasnt uploaded properly, here is the description again:
I have an appointment to renew my german Passport on the 31st.I have all the documents needed but I am unsure of how to proof my name usage!
**”Proof of current name usage (i.e. one of the following: German birth certificate, German marriage certificate or if married outside of Germany, certificate of current name usage issued by the registrar’s office in Germany)”**
I received my new birth certificates in the Mail today but it doesnt have my new Name after Marriage. (Got married in the US)
I have also just emailed the Consulate about this but it is the weekend and I wont be getting a proper response for a couple days, which is why I was hoping someone here has an answer!
