Referencing Oslo, 45min from Oslo areas.
My gut says no, as I see some houses staying for a sale for like half a year now and not selling, BUT flats for 3-3.8mil still being sold relatively fast. I saw a flat (https://www.finn.no/308947287) bought June of this year for 3.2 and now being sold for 3.8 (why?), so it seems that people are still buying lower priced flats. Do you guys think prices will continue to raise? Fall? Should I just buy now?Wait?
