It’s the logo of the Hamburger SV soccer club.
This is the sign of a plague named “HSV”. Luckily it’s been contained for a few years in the German secret facility named “2. Bundesliga”. Hopefully it will be neutralized even more and be safely transported to the “3. Bundesliga”.
