Personally I have a portable gas cooker in the shower.
She probably doesn’t need to eat with lips that pursed.
She looks exactly like you’d expect
She looks like Mrs Doyle having an allergic reaction.
Who would have thought a FF politician / Landlord would be such a cunt? /s
These are the people saying they’re looking out for our best interests. Lol
I don’t think this is the first time she’s been outed as a horrible landlord.
Edited: covered in the article.
Ah, this cunt again, never not at being a cunt.
To quote Malcolm Tucker:
Like Dot Cotton licking piss off a nettle
In the article she’s quoted saying she will increase from 260 per week to 400 as 260 was “low”…
Surely that’s illegal due to it being well over a 4% raise?
If you aren’t comfortable with someone using your kitchen you shouldn’t be allowed to rent out a room. I know there’s some digs that won’t let students cook in the kitchen and their left eating takeaways and buying meals in the canteen each day which is shit for their health and finances
She’s back in the news for this? Didn’t she do something like this a few years ago? Nasty woman
Edit: I remember now. The “foul-smelling cooking” of her Latvian tenant was just porridge, FFS
How do you beat a paywall again, I can’t remember?
What a f**king pig…
“*Peasant get out of my kitchen, if you don’t like it buy a home*”
And charging €260 a week. Greedy cunt, expecting someone to order food every day while paying that much rent. Don’t fucking rent out your room if you don’t want the inconvenience of another human in your house.
Obviously, additionally egregious for a politician and it’s a symptom of a broken housing system, but I’m always amazed by how many greedy self-centred people there are out there. The amount of people who are shocked I don’t want to rent put a spare room for maximum profit and have someone else pay my mortgage in full.
Horrible ugly tramp the state of her
Sour, nasty old cunt.
You’ve got to realise that this housing crisis benefits so many with power and capital. It will not change anytime soon and is why it has only worsened over the past decade. Those in power have done absolutely nothing to address any of the issues – lack of rights for renters, zero rights for lodgers, zero enforcement of rental property standards/safety regulations, zero will to free up the air bnb housing stock, zero will to incentivise those with second or third properties to rent or sell.
You look on daft now and entire counties might have a half dozen properties for rent. This is a fucking all caps CRISIS and the government has no will to deal with it in the way a crisis should be dealt with it.
So if you’re a renter, your life in perpetuity is to be spent in shit conditions while having an unconscionable percentage of your monthly income given over to REITs or scumbag landlords like this old cow. This country honestly makes you sick with the greed.
Landlords gotta lord it over you.
Elected officials should not be landlords. A direct conflict of interest. This is the kind of legislation we need to push for.
Is it natural to feel physically ill on reading the article?
If anyone belonging to me was put in a situation like this it wouldn’t be appearing in the papers
>Ms Conroy said she planned to increase the rent to €1,600 a month for the next person renting the room. “As mentioned it is low rent for you. It will be going on to 400 per week after that,” she said.
€19,200 a year to live in a room where you have to clean the dishes in the ensuite and can’t use the kitchen. Taking advantage of a French student, saying €35 a day is good value – you can get a hostel with better living conditions than that.
Ernie O Malley, an Irish revolutionary, once remarked, “I cycled past many a broken demesne wall, once the sign of an entrenched ascendancy, now the symbol of passing order…Virtue and strength was going from the leeches who had sucked life from the people”.
Individuals like Ms Conroy are our leeches nowadays.
