Honestly this goes for pretty much all the buildings left to rot, and pretty much all of Varosha, will they all have to be brought down to be rebuilt??
Turn it into a museum about the Cyprus problem (the troubles in the 60s/70s, the coup d’etat against Makarios, the Turkish invasion etc), but from an actually impartial standpoint. It would be an especially good spot to do so, given the building itself was a victim of the conflict. Also, make it mandatory for school kids of both sides to visit on some school trip day, and advertise the crap out of it for foreign visitors too. Allow the museum to keep a very extensive archival record of original documents from past negotiation meetings and agreements. Keep sections of it free for intercommunal events/workshops.
