  2. How are things downstream in the flooded areas? I suppose water has retreated, do we have an idea of the extent of damage and the final number of people who have died from the flood?

  3. Russia fucked up, it is now possible for Ukraine to advance over the river in multiple areas, the dried land has shown to be stable enough for tanks to cross. Just a few bridge pontoons and Ukraine can advance to the south en mass.
