I am going to start freelancing as a side hustle apart from my full time job. I will be educational content creator for online learning platforms. Now, I am confused about paying pension to rentenversicherung.

1. Do i have to pay pension separately because I am already paying pension from full-time job.
2. If yes, then how to calculate pension?
3. Somebody told me that I can ask for exemption for first few years from rentenversicherung people. how to do that if i have to pay pension?
