This reminds me of two cases, one party was counterfeiting batteries, the other fireworks, after extensive litigation one party was charged and the other let off! Prob just let this one slide…
Interesting that Trading Standards bothered to pick up something like this.
Maybe because it affected a large corporation or was it one of those easy ones to do?
When my friend reported a dodgy company scamming people couple of years ago, they still operate just fine.
