The French neighbourhoods weren’t designed for 10 people to live in one apartment. If you can’t get by, maybe consider having one child, or none at all until you are financially stable. People throw their garbage from their window and then complain about rats…
There’s a huge problem of hygiene with the those population and a clear lack of manners and respect towards community stuff.
Then they cry about rats and cockroach, they cry about broken stuff , cry about dirt…
They make false calls to police and firemen to embush them and then cry that they don’t want to come anymore.
It’s a lost cause and I can’t blame the gov for realizing they’ll never make anything of these people.
