  1. A round of applause to Denmark for being both normal and having snow on Christmas in most of the country.

  2. I was looking at the weather forecast for the New Year’s Eve and it reported a high of about 10°C for my village just outside Ljubljana. Warm, but I guess we have warm days every Winter and this December was relatively cold on average.

    Then I checked the forecast for the mountain hut at about 1600m where I’m spending the New Year’s Eve and the daily high for there is supposed to be 12°C. Dafuq…

  3. I can’t remember the last Christmas which had sub-zero temperatures, much less snow.

    Probably 10 years ago.
