Corruption this is what probably caused the issue with the Twanks. (misspelling but I gonna leave it), I bet they designed a reasonable tank and advertised capabilities that cost too much so were faked. Also when building a new tank the engine and suspension are the most important part other than electronics, I think they forgot this or did not pay people who knew what they ere doing to design a new engine.
