Today we saw a car honking for no reasons, flickering the lights with high beam on us, and then passing us at overspeed and passing on a red light.
I have a clear video of him honking, over-speeding and crossing a red light. Also, car number clearly visible in the video. Attaching a sample photo of the car passing red light.
P.S we have already called 112 and reported the car number, they said unfortunately if I cannot give more information about which street/highway he took, it is difficult to track this guy.

Somebody might be having a medical emergency.
Could they not be driving in an emergency?
What do you mean you cannot tell which street/highway he took? He took road 120 towards Helsinki, according the picture? If 112 does not take your report then you can always call police station on office hours and ask if they are interested.
