Europe is an important enough block that it deserves a buffer zone. Therefore Russia must gather all their tanks, artillery and military planes to Moscow and nuke them.
Russian capital and all the cities in the western part must be relocated to Siberia. This will put the end to their crying about how close to these cities the NATO forces are.
These are reasonable common sense demands.
