I’ve just visited a flat in Bern and when I asked the guy for where the wall connection for the internet is, he showed me this. He told me that a technician from the internet provider will come and replace it when I make a contract.
Is this correct? By default, shouldn’t the wallplug be enabled/fine? If I were to stipulate a contract with iWay, wouldn’t they just send me the router, leaving me with just having to plug it in?
