1. Yes. It’s time.

2. I hope they do. What they told us in Sarajevo was: “Don’t expect the world to come and help you.”

3. It isn’t going to happen, no one is wading into that mess, not even Russia.

4. Armenia ignored 30 years of international mediation because they were the stronger country, now they expect the international community they ignored to step in and save them.
