I am trying to understand the total cost of an employee for the company:

1. The Kravenversicherung(16.2%) and the Pflegeversicherung calculations differ in the 2 different websites that I have checked(See the clarifications tab in the google sheets). In that screenshot, the Kravenversicherung contribution for the employer and the employee are different. This website is wrong right? I calculated 8.1% of 64200 which is 5200.2 which is different from all 3 websites. How to calculate it?
2. Also, does every company need to pay all 3 of U1, U2 and berufsgenossenschaft? If I understand it right, U1 is only for companies with less than 30 employees and U2 is only for female employees, right? What is the cost of berufsgenossenschaft for software companies?
This will be very helpful as I am in the process of switching from a part-time employee for one employer to a freelancer working for multiple employers.
