I like it, especially the B/W version because there are not background colors to distract you from the subject. Good composition also. Only thing you can do to improve is maybe a bit more vignetting for the B/W at the top of the photo to frame and keep you gaze more focused on the woman, and not distracting you too much with the light area on the top.
