  1. Russian Foreign Ministry Special Envoy Oleg Ozerov responded to the boycott saying, “We won’t kick up a fuss because, firstly, they might have other pre-planned events requiring the participation of heads of state; and secondly, those who could attend, attended.”

    Lol, yeah, you’ve got to say something.

  2. Sending their prime ministers or delegations instead of their head of state doesn’t sound like a boycott to me.

    It does show lower interest though.

  3. Putin doesn’t have many friends anymore, and they are dwindling daily.

    “Why are you destroying/preventing food transports needed to feed our hungry citizens?”
    Putin: “Because I do not give a shit about starving people, as long as I can continue fighting an ideologic proxy war against an enemy that has never invaded my country”.
