Hi, i live on a WG and burnt the floor a bit. the owner told me that i need to change the floor of the whole place because “the part will come off again” if not changed all. can some help me or direct me to a beratung for this. he told me to pay 700 euro for the whole floor.

„A bit“? Seriously, €700 looks like a good deal for the damage. But probably this is only cheap laminate wood.
Yes, he will need to take out the whole floor to reach this part as the planks are interlocked. He might be able to reuse the old stuff. But only if he has exactly the same colour replacement. Which is unlikely as wood lightens over time.
